He’s Southampton’s 4th choice, which is thoroughly depressing. Not in the squad at all today, I think he’s probably already on his way back to Finch Farm to sit in the waiting area outside James Vaughan‘s office.

Hope not and I wouldn’t be taking him back unless it was in the deal let them keep paying half his wages or 30/40% whatever the arrangement was. Hope this has gave the lad a wake up call that he isn’t the baller he thinks he is.
….surely he’s only coming back if another move has been agreed. He’s not playing at Southampton, he won’t be playing at Everton but at least a portion of his salary is off our books. The concern is, he’s still got another season on his contract and there’s little or no chance of other teams wanting him.
Terrible business by Southampton loaning a player they only put on bench, could have got one from Championship club for half the 36 grand they paying towards lhis wages
Been a massive disappointment this lad from the high hopes we initially had for him, he has flattered to deceive.
Pretty sad how Mason Holgate is struggling, I hate to see any of our players having a hard time of it... and we have a few.
