Has left the building
Hope we see him play today
I don't, would only play if we get a defensive injury. None of that please.

Looks like hes consistently in the squad now....he can play RCB and RB which compliments Galloway at LCB and LB.
Really great to have these two as options from the bench at the moment. Hope Holgate can get some game time as it proved invaluable to Galloway last season.
What will be interesting is if he holds his spot when Browning (and particularly) Pennington return. If he does I think we will see the above two probably either being loaned out or moved on permanently.
Isnt Pennington back fit again now?
Why do you say that, can you tell me when he was last in the squad as I honestly can't remember ? My impression is that it's been "the old guard" on the bench during December apart from Galloway.Looks like hes consistently in the squad now.....
He's a 19 year old with limited Football league experience , has had a steady start to his u21 career but not outstanding, I just can't see Roberto having 2 19 year old defenders on the bench at a time when we're leaking goals .Really great to have these two as options from the bench at the moment.
Seemed strange we were going for Byram when we already have Holgate on the books
You'd then have Browning, Holgate and Byram all in the queue behind Coleman at right back
I mean, if we needed someone short term who could do a job back there, why not just get a journeyman on a temp deal for 2-3 months? Why spend 5 million smackers on a new player when we've already got two young players on the books who can play that position?
Exactly. It made no sense whatsoever going for Byram.Seemed strange we were going for Byram when we already have Holgate on the books
