I quite like Zats idea regarding a diamond with 2 up top, I don't think we will ever be able to make 433 work here, for me DCL and Rico are must pick every game and they don't fit a 433.

Then you would need two top quality pacy FBs because otherwise you have no width and if you are playing 2 up top and one is DCL you need crosses into the box for him and filthy little James special passes for Richarlison to score from
FBs like Reece James or Kyle Walker or Chilwell

He doesn't do OK. He's completely uninvolved and masks it with set plays and the occasional (meaning 1 in 5 or 6 games at best) moment of quality.

Siggy plays OK there
Need 3 pacy Physical strong midfielders behind him or James though ,with either DCL or Richy coming back to press when we are defending
Systems are OK but you need the right players to play them
I am all for playing JAMES when fit but you need players around him to cover his deficiencies which I am sure Carlo is well aware of

RB ACM GK away
Maybe a better CB to partner Godfrey as the 2 FBs would have to do a lot of bombing on and would need more cover
Bench would still be weak
