No mate, it was just one bad night and a day. Tomorrow will be different and my lad gives me whatever respite I need. There are no doubt many many others who need whatever assistance exists more than I do……

I might regret typing this tomorrow when I’m getting deep fried in factor 50 , we’ve just walked back to our apartment in Seville and it’s 31c . I love it down here in the south.

Gentle shower with a cool breeze from the East in Ard Mhacha.

24 tomorrow with rain but tonight is a duvet night. Until 2am then the usual opening the window and limbs at right angles for respite.

Hi folks. What a fun night. We had our face painted with glitter and rainbows to celebrate Pride, lots of beer was consumed too. As for the film, OMG, if you have never seen it, please please watch it. Just brilliant, great cast including Bill Nighy and Imelda Staunton. The fact that it is true is even better.
