Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Amazing , I hadn’t noticed your cat before! Gertie has a bit of white on her and the vet classified (?) her as Tortoiseshell with White . Certainly a different personality than her sister , the more timid but equally lively Bessie.
Tortoiseshells are known for their attitude. Google tortietude - it is actually a thing!

Morning, just.

Not much going on today. I have redone my shopping 3 or 4 times now ffs, it's done and finished. I tried to save a few extra pennies as I need hair clippers.

Enjoy your lunch anj. I wish I could get a dentist appointment blue our NHS is not fit for purpose these days. Something that bugs me, we have such big waiting lists but they still take weekends off and still do private work on the side. Same with Drs, it's ridiculous.

I will set up private maybe if I get to a point I can afford it, just seems to be something breaking every month at the minute, extra expense.

Enjoy your day everyone.

When we first got her Mrs b , and others, said she was calico rather than tortie because of her white. She certainly never shows any aggression, is very loving , gentle and playful and there’s lots of gentle play with her sister. Mrs b just received a couple of photos of Gertie visiting a friend’s garden 100 yds up the road , she’s so inquisitive and friendly but a bit of a wanderer !

Ours is super friendly, likes to join in with all family activities but stubborn as anything.

The dentist I had this morning had been training in the UK mainly Leicester -to be a oral cancer specialist ,just typing that gave me shivers .I phoned at 7am and was treated 10.30am over an hour away to our "local" centre ,which is my own choosing as my doctor is a cracker and the whole health service is under the one agreement.
I hope yours is sorted soon T. How are the headaches ? Good I hope ,although the shopping online will give you one .It is a shame you have left the EU as people used to visit on holiday and get treatment ,all gone now tho'.

Hi everybody. I've been reading about Dom and his partner expecting a baby. I suppose it shows he can still score! It's very nice news to read. Plans have changed so we are not going to Liverpool this weekend. Brother has been asked to do something that he can't really say no to -it's a favour for a terminally ill friend. Now I need to find something for me and Mr F to do because I strongly suspect that daughter, who is on her weekend off, has planned a little romantic weekend with her boyfriend as she would have had the house to herself.
Lunch at the airfield was lovely. We watched a few little planes taking off while we ate and the food was very nice.

I'm struggling a bit with the headaches but you know me, I plod on as don't really have a choice. I had a decent run though where they weren't as bad, small mercies and all that. I sit a good distance away from the screen, it's a 48" so no difference from that and a TV.
Do you know what, I don't even have a passport anymore. I've been meaning to get one mine expired a year or 2 ago.
