Is it me or is it that the older we get the more sentimental we are
Yesterday in a 2nd hand record shop I found a pristine copy of Judie Tzuke ,Sportscar.
Me and Mrs J played it to death back in the day.
About 10 years ago we went to see her at the Phil. She had bloated up massively , had lost her voice and was terribly shitty with the band. Illusions shattered.
So, played Sportscar 3 times since yesterday, it still does it for us and has surely one of the best lines ever ...." I don't care who you are but you're not putting your car in my garage".

Like my avatar, some things you remember as if they were yesterday. Listening to blondie at the last festival just brought it all back…..

You may be right but I've never heard a dwelling referred to as a spread . Similarly flatten =spread?
FWIW, I haven't got a scooby although given that it's Blue I suspect it's some sort of obscure building or joinery term
