Love the white paws.“ Oh yeah Junior, you wreck the house and now you just want to lie in your bed and sleep all morning”

Agree with you on so many issues Anje ! ( bit scary)Good afternoon everybody. How's your day going. We had a takeaway last night. After 31 days of healthy eating and exercise resulting in a 9lb weight loss, and it being payday we decided to have a Chinese. I have woken up this morning with two massive zits!! 92/93 healthy meals and this happens. . I've been to the gym this morning. There was nobody in the cardio room- the weights area was busy- so I tried the stair climber machine. OMG! Two and a half minutes later I felt like I needed CPR. i'm now watching the cricket. I strongly suspect SA could do a rugby/cricket World Cup double especially if they beat NZ today.
Hope you get the Jag sorted one way or the other @blue1948 . Did Mrs J write the Facebook post about XL bullys on the animal sanctuary page @jazzy? It was very good.
I'm finding the COVID enquiry compulsive reading. It's horrifying and if anybody needed confirmation that we have a Government that lacks any kind of compassion or empathy for the old, the sick and the less fortunate then that is it. The incompetence is on the scale of 'if this was in a TV show nobody would believe it'
Have a good time at the match @Val P . I'm hoping to get to Goodison for the Villa match in January ( birthday treat).
Gorgeous.“ Oh yeah Junior, you wreck the house and now you just want to lie in your bed and sleep all morning”

Your Mum's lunch sounds delicious. I've just had a prawn salad. I've made a big effort this year to reduce the amount of meat I eat. I reckon I'm mostly pescatarian now. I have also chosen the veggie option when I go out for a Christmas lunch with some friends next month - it just sounded nicer than the other optionsAgree with you on so many issues Anje ! Went to the gym this morning and then spent an hour starting to dig out the 12 foot Camellia ( been putting it off ).
As per you message , been switching between the SA run fest ( blimey they look impressive) and the COVID enquiry. Not trying to score political points or offend Pete but the cavalier approach of Johnson and his acolytes is truly breathtaking.
No Mrs J didn't write the lead article on the website , her sister wrote it. She is much more considered than my wife whose anger often gets things done but she certainly isn't cut out for the diplomatic service!
15 more minutes of the COVID evidence and then making mums lunch of crushed new potatoes, green beans and a sea bass fillet.
Hope that encourages you to return to your healthy eating! I'm the same and with no alcohol for November to offset the excesses of December and New Year.
Sadly no Gertie.Gorgeous.
I'm guessing that Gerty hasn't come home ?
She's just phoned me ( she loves using her new mobile phone - bless ) to say it's the best fish dish she's had all year ( well her memory is going ) and said I can cook it for her every week!Your Mum's lunch sounds delicious. As far as the COVID enquiry goes, surely even the most die hard Tory voters will be appalled at what's coming out. Anybody with a shred of humanity would be. I'm sure this wasn't what the folk who voted for them signed up to.

She then accused me of saying I cooked it when Mrs J did , until I reminded her that she went out 2 hours ago to have lunch with her sister who's birthday it is. "Ok , well didn't know you could cook !"
Hello mate hope you’re well.
They must teach dogs to do that in Bulgaria and Bosnia too Paul because that's exactly what my two do.We ( me and my daughter) got another dog from the Huyton rescue centre don't know much about his background but I am beginning to think he is from Kirkby as he has a habit of pinching socks , you only have to put a pair on the bed or leave a draw open and he is off like a shot with them in his mouth.
Someone has to.I love your Mum!
