Afternoon everyone. Great to hear you told the teacher what she needed to hear @Armaghtoffee and I’m sure your son learned a lot from how you handled it. Let’s hope it’s resolved. We put our utmost trust in professional people and it’s so disappointing when it goes wrong. I had a few similar conversations when my son was at junior school - there were 25 boys in a 30 number class and were consistently labelled a difficult class.
Sad to hear the news in Greece about DrMichael being found dead, and today here on Amorgos we have a missing American who set off on a hike yesterday from one side of the island to the other and has never arrived. Rescue helicopter is hovering around but it’s in the 30s here and the hikes are not easy. Why on earth people take off on their own like that I will never understand. I just hope for his poor family’s sake he is found safe and well.
We are on the move again tomorrow to an island called Koufonisia. Have a great evening all, time for a quick siesta and off to the Chora for our last meal on this beautiful island 💙

Like you I can’t understand why people undertake such foolish acts in unfamiliar environments. It’s so sad that Dr Mosley was so close to help when he took ill and fell. Hopefully his legacy will be renewed emphasis on holiday safety.
 
Hi folks. Well done @Armaghtoffee on how you dealt with your son's situation. Whilst the majority of teachers are dedicated professionals there are some who seem to delight in obnoxious behaviour. Enjoy the next phase of your hols @Val P.
Had to take the cat back to the vet again today. She has a cut on her bum apparently caused by fighting. I'm not sure what style of fighting she gets involved in if you end up with a bite on your backside! She's wearing the cone of shame and is absolutely fuming!

What is it like so far blue? I noticed it advertised, and I like Jeremy Renner, so it is on my list.

Not on Netflix here though, Paramount + instead.
 

Morning all, hazy sunshine here, the rain won’t arrive until tonight so at least it will be dry today if not warm . Blood test for me this morning, later Jess is coming round, her Mum and sister have an appointment to meet the form tutor at Hannah’s new secondary school. She is bound to play schools, better get the classroom ready or there will be trouble, don’t want to start off in detention. :lol:
We’re watching the re-make of Rebus. I really loved Ken Stott in the role, so wasn't sure how I’d take to a new one, a quick search revealed that was over twenty years ago. 🙀
