In Blue we trust…lovely frosty morning in the midlands today, everywhere white with glorious sunshine…..

Good evening all - a thick frosty morning today and the frost stayed all day. I hope you are all OK. @Terrarian - how are you and Daisy doing?
It's all work and no play at the moment. The usual end of the month scramble to get work out and meet our targets. At least it's good for my flexi/I'm vaguely thinking about going to the gym in a few minutes. I went swimming on Wednesday but feel like I need to do some cardio. My step count hasn't got into 4 figures for three days - one of the perils of working from home. You don't actually go anywhere! It's a very short walk from office to kitchen to bathroom.
We did get some good news though. Chris's last scan was clear so in spite of all his trials and tribulations and worries, everything is progressing as it should be. He's seeing his oncologist again in two weeks with a view to restarting his immunotherapy.
Anyway have a lovely evening everybody x

Great news for Chris and the family .As said above we all hope it is the start of the full recovery .

Good morning all on this dull day here ,I hope all are well and had a good night . Another case of the money men overruling common sense .We bought a toilet seat ( we had one beforee !) and it came with fixings that only an accountant would sanction ,as much use as an arse pocket in a vest . So I am off to buy bolts to do it properly . Then it is time to clean and repaint our outside light diffusers ,now they are on we can see the guano finish ! Have a great day all COYB
