Welcome back Sassy and congratulations on your successful interview, was there really going to be any other outcome?

Thanks, LT! Last time I interviewed for the same position there was a different outcome, they hired someone else so I wasn't certain the job was mine eventhough I felt highly qualified for it and I have the passion needed to do well in this position. When the director of hiring called me on Friday after he told me that I had gotten the job he said to me these exact words "tell me the truth, when you got my call you probably thought you were not getting the job, right?" and I said to him "to be honest, you are right sir. That's exactly what I thought when I got your call" I have been shut down from other positions before so I just wasn't confident this time around. But you all gave me so much encouragement here that I felt as this was the right time. And it was

I didn't realize you were sick. I hope you begin feeling much better soon, I remember feeling like sh1t back in January and it is not very fun. Sending some healing vibes your way. xx

Work have been good with me and I am getting my holiday rescheduled tomorrow.

For some reason which I have never had explained, the "beach" where I live (near Bristol) is called Kilkenny Bay, and the main road that overlooks the Severn Estuary/beach is called Nore Road. As in River Nore. No idea what our connection to your part of the word is.

The only vague connection I can think of is that the bloke wrote Danny Boy lived here. But he also wrote some of the well known WW1 songs as well. (Pack up your troubles for example).

Danny Boy is associated with the north west particularly Derry. There must be some other reason. Must do some googling

This may become my favorite amateur game. I enjoyed watching the highlights! So eventhough they don't get paid do they compete for a championship? How good is Armagh?

The Championship is what it’s all about- The Sam Maguire trophy. Championship is played after the leagues finish.

Armagh would be considered underdogs in Division 1 although we presently sit atop it 3 games in.

There is a league which is on at the moment but the Championship is when things get serious. There are 4 provinces and each has its own Championship. Then we go to the All Ireland quarter finals and on to the semis and ultimately the All Ireland football and hurling finals.

As posted earlier, Croke Park will sell out with 83000 capacity. Tickets for the finals are very difficult to get.
