2024/25 Michael Keane


Playing him up front is just a meme. He’s obviously a very good finisher but playing up front is a lot more than just that. He’s slow, can’t turn, no agility etc. He wouldn’t be making the runs required to actually slot goals.
When we are behind late and need a goal he's a good option to throw on and go direct. I back him in front of goal more than the forwards.
 


I never thought I’d say this, but is there a case for Tarkowski to have a break given that he’s carrying a couple of knocks and play Keane with Branthwaite until the next international break?
