Transfer Rumour Michy Batshuayi

I suspect with us trying to cut down our current wage budget a Chelsea player wouldn’t really help that.
The point is, he is unlikely to be paid much more than Digne, Mina, Gomes, Bernard etc, and nor is he older than them. So if (big if, obviously) we're interested, he would very much fit the profile of our recent signings and would not in any way be contradictory to what was said at the AGM or move away from our current MO.

I remember the undeniable clammer from Evertonians everwhere for his signature during his youthful Marseille years.

Now, despite being physically mature, quick, at the right age with a decent goal record & having good Premier League experience, he’s all of a sudden hopeless.

Yes we all want Werner etc but please be real people. Those kind of strikers are destined for CL Clubs.

Good premier league n La Liga experience of not scoring.

No thanks, even if he is better than we have, which is still highly debatable, he’s still not good enough. We got 70/80m for Lukaku, so we should be looking for a top class striker. I’d rather wait a bit longer than waste money and very high wages on an average striker.
We are 11th in the table we are not going to sign an established top class striker, perhaps we could sign someone who could be developed into one, but that's it, if you are happy to wait for a top class striker to sign for Everton you're in for a very long wait. We have to sign the average or slightly above average players because that is our level, we might have a shot at a mercenary or two, who are well above average or very good players. Mario Balotelli and Michy Batshuayi would be a huge improvement on the championship level forwards we currently have, sign both of them and we will find ourselves doing a lot better especially in the "WINNABLE" games that we have been either losing or drawing recently.

If he comes , he comes, if not well not an issue but we still need a striker. going to the end of the season would have been fine had December not been such a catastrophe, so I'll take one now if you please Marcel Sir.

You're chatting wham mate. He has his lowest minutes per goal ratio in the premier league, where he scores every 84 minutes and gets a goal or an assist every 65 minutes. He also has a 1 in 2 goal ratio based on minutes played in every league hes played in apart from Spain.
