beautifully put. We are always keen to advertise the delights of a free capitalist country then object to how people may feel about their own needs in countries with less resources. To hear people saying anyone who is prepared to leave their home with no guarantee of anything is greedy is very strange.

ok, just don't know why you are responding to what I was saying to make your fear of another culture open. I could make the point again that people have talked about other people being a threat every time there has been a rise in immigration. Each time despite hositility and poverty people have eventually settled and we have, in my opinion, grown as a country. But...I assume we are dealing with fear and I doubt I can reassure you by stating precedence.
