MLB 2023

no idea how to pick a baseball team but if you are looking for another low budget team in a terrible stadium with decent weather, you could look at the Rays
Make sure you locate the stadium a 40 minute drive from most of the fan base.
On a good day. It's a hour in traffic. Of course they plan to build the new stadium in the same place.

Just like the A’s, they had a book written about their team building philosophy as well.
I’d swerve them though—that Wander Franco is an absolute wrong ‘un and on the run from the police in Dominican.

I believe @Connor is an Islanders and Nets fan. Might as well complete the trifecta of pain and go with the Mets

Howdy all y'all fans of hotdogs and pretend cricket!! 🤠

Seriously though lads, here for advice. Gonna be in San Francisco in mid September, and the Giants are at home to the Padres the weekend we arrive and we're gonna try and get there. I'm guessing the Sunday afternoon for the final innings is the best time to go, but maybe not? Is the Saturday night better?

Nice. You lucky fella—that’s a great park.
I don’t think you’ll find a big difference in atmosphere between the two games tbh. I’d probably go with whatever works better with your schedule.

I’m actually watching my Mets play in San Francisco against the Giants right now.

Nice one mate, might drop you a line on this if that's OK.

Of course, happy to help. I’ve never been to the San Francisco stadium but have been a baseball fan my whole life. It’s on my bucket list to visit! I’ve heard there’s lots of public transportation options to get there and I believe plenty of bars, restaurants nearby. I would probably think about getting seats a bit higher up so you have views of the bay and the bridge.
Here’s a Reddit thread that might help. Let me know if you need any help deciphering the acronyms 😂

SFO in the summer can be windy and cold, but an enjoyable day out. I always prefer a day game if I get the chance but like WM02 says, pick what fits and have a good time.
