Yeah mate, but the comparison stops there really dos t it when you have fantastic players like Hazard and Willians who also provide different lines of attack for Chelsea.
It's a start Dave, you don't get united paying that level of money without the lad having something. As quoted already the Stn fans rated him highly and our CM midfield is a top priority for us. If he comes let's give him a chance,

I am incredibly uncertain about this transfer if it is indeed a goer. The lad hasn't had a game in yonks and we're actually fairly well stocked in the deep-lying midfield department all things considered.

Unreal. This is Schneiderlin we're talking about here isnt it? FFS you'd think this feller was Ronaldo to hear some talk. He's a grafter who failed to hold down a place at United.

THAT IS ALL.
Garbage.

He was brilliant at Soton hence the fans loved him and he was one of the most sought after midfield players in the league, and thus earned a move to United.

You talk agenda driven utter twaddle

Yes, absolutely this. But to compete for the title takes more than a long punt downfield and a team full of athletes with minimal football talent....and that's the vision Koeman has for this team I fear.
I hope the plan is to win the ball back quickly so we can let our attacking players do the work. Gana was a beast in interceptions last year and schneiderlin was prolific while at Southampton. We have been woeful at times in recent seasons at winning back possession and disruption of opposition. If we couple Gana and Schneiderlin with a proper number 10 we could be very effective.

Maybe koeman sees the acquisition of schneiderlin to play alongside gana as a means of 'supporting' Barkley in the side not bypassing him. Let's hope so, as I genuinely feel the control that gana and schneiderlin will offer will not only benefit Ross but also the remainder of the team.
I Suppose that's possible mate. He had Schneiderlin playing as one of a CM duo in behind Ramirez or Ward Prowse on occasion with S'ton.

I just think he'll see Barkely out the door though because unlike the two named above at S'ton RB likes to come back deep to pick up the ball, and that would negate having Schneiderlin back there. It just doesn't fit for me.

Hindsight mate how was moyes here for 11years,yes11years,roberto should have been sacked6mths early, and yet people are not prepared to give koemam 6mths.
I am. I'm just realistic though.

If he proves me wrong that's all well and good.

"He was brilliant at Southampton, their fans loved him"

If ever there was a plaudit designed to destroy an argument unintentionally, there it is.
