That argument is so stupid 'I HAVEN'T HURD OF HIM SO HE MUST BE BAD HU HU' if you haven't heard of him that's your own problem. That isn't because he's bad it's just because you haven't heard of him. Or have little knowledge of that league.

(Which is quite apparent if you think the spl is better than their league.)

If you hadn't heard of this fellah till a few days ago how can you give an opinion on him. Best pipe down lad cos you are on a childish wind up. Probably got your 10 yr old mate sitting next to you telling you what to write.
Shut up. Why don't you go support Porto since you love them so much

Have you seen that Portuguese league its like the old firm league dominated by Rangers & Celtic a two team league he started off under AVB of Spurs and he flopped at Chelski more of a risk than most managers we have looked at imo!
It's a better league than the SPL, no question about it. The man lost key players, and still led Porto to the title without losing a single game this season. It's a cauldron there and the atmosphere can get quite volatile. But in the title decider against a superb Benfica (did you see them against Chelsea?) a massive game, he and his team came up trumps.

he's certainly not afraid of the big occasion.

When deciding on a manager the ability to win trophies is only part of what you are looking for.
Everton need a manager that will develop youth players and work with a restricted budget. The manager will need to sign inexpensive players and make them better.

Can Pereira do this ? ....I am no judging ,just asking as these are the questions that will probably determine who gets the job.
I am not sure that the Portuguese league being stronger or weaker than the Scottish league will have an influence.

In an awful lot of ways we need to sign David Moyes, but a David Moyes with a little more adventure and confidence in his team against weaker opposition.

BK on SSN live on his mobile "I am talking to Joe Royle questions put to him over Martinez I will see him in the next 48 hours other questions of potential managers - evasive oh I have missed my taxi! the SSN confirm he was travelling to interview Martinez at a hotel there & then in a hotel in London! What an actor he is LOL!

Well, if he's sounding out Big Joe then Martinez won't be getting the job. Royle doesn't rate him.

If Bills going to go by his gut instinct he'll probably sign the polish bloke who works in Bargain Booze

Think this is unfair to be honest. We paid £3m compo for Moyes when there would have been cheaper/free options available. Think he realises that if there isnt the funds available to chuck at a side to make them decent he has to have a good manager in place to make sure it does.

Just because the SPL isn't as competitive as the English or Portugese leagues, it doesn't mean we should rule Lennon out by default

You can say Martinez failed in the premier league, but he's looking to get straight back in if he manages us. MaKay won promotion to the Premier League but hasn't managed a Prem Team.

I think dismissing Lennon off hand, when he's got a win over Barcelona and a league/cup double to his name, because he manages a team north of Hadrians wall, is unfair

As far as him wearing a poppy goes, I have no idea. If he didn't want to he would be entitled not to, just as everyone else is.
