People within the football circle rate Martinez really highly. Likes to get involved from top to bottom of the club, wether it is leading the first team out or watching the under 16's he lives and breathes it.

He will represent EFC really well and will be around for longer than two seasons max. Can't wait for it to just be sorted and we can see what the future holds.

I'd only take McManaman and the young keeper to improve our team.
