How about a double act of Venables and Neville ??? Everybody in the game knows venables is a fantastic coach and has all the technical nouse needed to compete at the top level.... Neville alongside him to learn the ropes for a few years before taking over..... not as far fetched as it sounds.

Hasn't really achieved much in all honesty.
Good post mate. I've always liked the idea of Steve Clarke. He's got an excellent reputation as a coach and although its early days I don't think he's a one season wonder. I still like Rickie lambert too. My favourite choice would be Paulo di Canio though, just for the sheer entertainment. I think he'd be superb.
Jesus not that tit from villa. I'm on about Rickie lambert the Southampton centre forward. Player/manager you see. Two forvthe price of one. Genius!haha, i guess you mean paul lambert. If he gets sacked by villa i'd be well up for it - reckon he'd be a perfect fit for us, he just puzzles me with what he's doing with villa at the moment. He'll become a top manager soon enough i reckon.
He's doing just as well with Brighton as Moyes had done with Preston.
I've said this before but I think it's worth bringing up again,
Neil Lennon. Don't know what it would require for him to leave Celtic but I think he'd suit us quite well

I know i've joked about McClaren before, but the Dutch media feel he has been done by the Twente Chairman, and their bad run started from them trying to sell Fer to Everton behind McClaren's back even though he wanted to keep him. It caused some unrest in the team and supposed ambition, but the interesting part was even though this was happening McClaren was supporting the Chairman, even with his resignation.
The dutch journalist on the radio felt sorry for him, but he also said any of the dutch managers in the league would have took the chairman to task over his shennigans in the past few months. So, it looks like McClaren is a good yes man for his employer, should fit in well at Everton then.
