problem is we have too many luvvys around the club who blow smoke up each others arse's, stubbs, unsworth, Sharp, neville etc. all of them will be having words in BK's ears about ****e like mackay and Neville etc. whereas the likes of spurs would be scouring the continent looking for cup winners
Everton have in their history employed a non british manager before (carey), several managers to never manage in england before, (smith only managed in scotland, harvey never managed anywhere before, gabriel only managed in the usa ect). And two managers who had manged in england but who's previous club job was in a non english league before getting the everton job (bingham came from northern ireland and Eggleston from Greece.)

Okay mate I understand. By the way, I think manager from the U.K has more loyalty than foreigners hence the club will be more stable in long terms. I agree with that.
While this is unarguable, I don't like a lot of people who I still have no problem employing to do unpleasant jobs.
