After being frightened to death at the thought of Martinez I'd welcome Stubbs as manager with open arms.

I reckon with Weir and Stubbs as defensive coaches, and Neville as his right hand man ( although I reckon he'll insist on bringing in Graham Jones with him) he'll be a bloody good manager for Evertons current squad of players....and, he'll bring in some decent 'off the radar' transfers.
If Kenwright was retarded/brazen enough to give Stubbs the job, I'd want all future transfer dealings and links with agents closely monitored
I posted on Saturday IF (and as you can see if its a big if ) he got our job I'd suspect jones might have a great chance of getting the Wigan Job so I think neville could well be in with a real chance of that or a similar role .
A lot of money gone on Stubbs tonight.
I know he might even try and involve a family member !!
Will the Martinez brigade still be beating his drum if he takes Wigan down this week, which looks likely?
And those quotes from rent-a-quote Dave Whelan about us not being big enough for him are laughable. This is the limelight hogging tw*t who wanted a minutes silence for Thatcher at football grounds across the country recently.
I don't trust BK one bit and fear he'll choose someone to suit Bill Kenwright rather than someone who will take this club forward.

Anyone that gets a team relegated does not qualify as a potential replacement for Everton.
Regardless of net spend.
