He's not on 250k a week at utd. His basic is considerably lower around 150k. Then there's a stack load of "if's, but's and maybe's" aswell as sponserships ect that bulk up his wage towards the media suggested 250k

But he can still earn that. At Everton he couldn't . Lets not forget a £30m price tag and agent fees
