Moyes sacked by United

Alright la, take your penis out of your hand next time you post.

United have a rebuilding job on their hands, and in the meantime they've allowed six teams to overtake them comfortably. Now if these teams can continue to build then that'll just go to make it more difficult for United to regain this supremecy over them.

Sure they've got the money and the name, but it's not all about money any more in terms of winning or dominating the leagues... look at Atletico and Liverpool.

WTF.

Does sound a bit like a bunch of rich schoolkids who have been under harsh tutelage for years getting a soft substitute in and just walking all over him. If you look at Kagawa's tracking back vs. us, he was shocking. Ferguson would've crucified him for it, but he knew there would be no consequences.

What I really don't get our why Moyes completely abandoned his 'hidden gems' philosophy. I think it would have been more palatable if he bought 4-5 really talented players at 5mil each like was his forte at Everton. I think they would have seen it as building for the future, which United needed anyways. Instead he buys two players that weren't even needed.
He took a scattergun approach with his journeymen some managed to break through (but not immediately) and only one or two were top quality as evidenced by the lack of top club suitors.

Moyes had enough quality at utd it's a complete myth the place needed rebuilding and his buys of Felli and Mata were about him saving face - he's just an ordinary manager at a top club - a complete mis-match.

What? even if they'd murdered one of yours!

You might be better taking up croquet with your attitude.

Are you kidding?

I play croquet and far from being the genteel sport it appears to be on the surface, there is no sport brings out the latent evil that lurks within the soul of man than a grand old game of croquet :whip:

Didn't he come back from Spain and then proceed to take Everton players with him to his new job at city?

That would have been several years later and any player he took would have been on the wane.

I don't see any similarities at all.

And I don't think anyone faulted Moyes for wanting our players per se, it was the attempted BOGOF with the two lids and the disgraceful comments about how EFC shouldn't be "holding them back" which made so many Blues come to loathe the man.

Moyes collusion and duplicity (at Everton's 'expense') with beetroot face was reprehensible. His condescension toward us etc smacked of hubris. Well, guess what? :hubris cometh before a fall.

Karma is a bitch
