Moyes to Sunderland

Stoke looks like they are just going through a rough patch. Talent wise they are probably around 9-10th best. I would be kind of shocked if they get relegated.

I don't know how anyone can blame Moyes for what's going on at Sunderland. He might be playing a part in it but I'd like to know just what we're people expecting? They've been beyond garbage for years now, they have little purple patches towards the end of every season which generally prove enough to keep them up. How exactly was Moyes supposed to turn around nearly ten years of mismanagement after a single transfer window and five games? No decent manager would touch them with a s##ty stick anymore precisely because of these type of knee-jerk reactions. Lets say Sunderland sack him, who do they go for then? Name a manager at their level who HASN'T been Sunderland manager in recent years? At some point their going to have to pick a manager and stick with him, because this cycle of sacking and staying up via great escapes is all down to luck and it will run out eventually.

I agree with that but will I say I am shocked at how badly that defence is organised.

The first two they conceded against us and Kane's goal today were amateurish and sommat one doesn't expect from a Moyes defence.

Apparently they are putting this down to a language barrier? Having trouble communicating with each other as most down back cant speak English.

Maybe from a well drilled Moyes defence - yeah, but they're brand new to it... I guess?

It still makes no sense, considering their previous manager(s), mind.

lol lol lol

Having said that, I often wonder how managers give team talks these days given it is like Babel in most dressing rooms

Yes they were appalling goals to concede. It seems like they switch off at times. They defend resolutely, then concede a howler! I really do think that given Moyes would be able to turn things at Sunderland around.

lol

Oh you are getting yourself worked up all right.

Not being able to let this go of this is proof of that :pint2:

Not answering my question is making a tit of yourself and at present I have many more things to worry about than someone still in a school yard. Now run along silent sonny
