Then your post doesnt make sense.

Have a super day.
It gets even better:

It's so odd to think words written on this forum have any bearing on his confidence, form or development. "Support him" happens at the game. Not very often his song gets sung at Goodison these days though so it's just the odd cheer of a good challenge or cross.

Imagine if someone suggested that Evertonians the world over should all think positive thoughts in the 12th, 42nd and 68th minute in a bid to inspire us to goals that secured our victory. You'd all laugh, coz positive thinking can't change the result of a football match. Yet there's people here genuinely arguing that thinking negative thoughts or typing negative posts on a forum can affect things. Mental.

200IQ logic.

No. I think a few (or many million people) on a forum have absolutely no say on who gets in the side and who doesn't.

Show me a single example of where a manager has dropped an Everton player, or indeed chosen to play a player, due to anything online?
Does Sigurdsson situation count ?

Can’t remember who it was but I’m certain one of our players did an interview and talked about how some players do read things that are posted online; not just on twitter (which is awful), so it wouldn't surprise me if players do read and see comments on here. Which will affect their confidence. And even if they didn’t, still doesn’t make it righter to give a load of hate and abuse to a 22 year old kid.

They're incomparable.

Nobody posted on the Sean Dyche thread and was accused of being anti ginger and marching down a road on a parade wearing a kilt of a whatever colour suits the poster trying to discredit them wears did they?
You are the only one who implies or mentions bigotry repeatedly.

No one accuses anyone until you (once again like just here) make some sarky comment about it and then it starts up again.

You are really transparent.

As soon as the so-called blue fans like you see common-sense, we have limited right backs. The one's 37 years old & injury prone, the other 38 years old, & is on the beach with a guaranteed 2.5 million in his skyrocket ..... & has cost us nine points to date one point less the prem deducted us ....

If Ashley Young has cost us 9 points, how come as a team even with them lost 9 points we win 3 times more likely when Young starts at Rightback instead of Patterson??

The 9 games Patterson has started we haven't even won 9 points.

Not arguing either way, as I don’t necessarily think he has cost us 9 points, certainly has directly cost us a few goals.

But, the winning when he starts is also a skewed statistic. Because vs Chelsea for example. He went off at 41mins. We scored both goals in 2nd half.

It may be statistically true but I wouldn’t use it as a gauge of who is better.

Congratulations Nathan, 2 years a Evertonian today.

Think there’s a pretty clear case for Patterson being first choice for the remainder of the season barring injury or severe dip in form.

Young isn’t physically capable of getting up & down, doesn’t have the recovery pace anymore & is probably better used at right wing. He’s still been a decent squad signing for a year.

We may sadly see the same from Seamus. Let’s see if he starts against palace.

Then we effectively start every game with our defence vulnerable, because one player in it cant sense danger and react to it.

If Coleman cant get on the pitch regularly we need to get a RB in this window if possible.

The first paragraph is definitely your opinion rather than one shared by the majority it seems.

Second paragraph we absolutely need reinforcements at full back. Ideally young & with some versatility to play either wing or opposite side.

Loans in January & hopefully long term targets in the summer if we can spend anything.
