Not really sure what you want me to be negative about? A 21 year old boy who is being let down by teammates (no fault of garners out of position) and tactics.
Not very much to be positive about but you seem to be. He isn’t premier league ready and if you think he is then Tony Hibbert should be a hall of famer.

Played next to Keane + Tarkowski and behind Garner.

I think hes played extremely well today having been screwed over by players around him and Dyche's pathetic tactics.

Last season he was very good.

Dyches tactics. He and Young do the same.

Its been discussed at length and in his 'masterclass' video.

It allows wingers to have acres of space, leaves centre backs unprotected due to the confusion and is just poor management imo.
Don't get that one at all.

“What a ball that is,” Crouch said. “That’s a striker’s dream.

“The pass from Patterson on the right hand side and it’s just in that corridor. You look at the ball in here, it’s so good and it’s just on a plate for Arnaut Danjuma. A really well worked goal.”

I don't think Dyches tactics extend to come charging in to occupy your centre halves space when he's got that covered. I think that's just due to a rush of blood.

Has potential? I’m not even convinced he has that going off his starts this season. Looking around he could be a late developer due to lack of first team exposure. If he was English I don’t think he would even make the u21 side ahead of garner.

Defensively he is atrocious, just that first game v Fulham, Willian had him on toast time and again. He was even getting rinsed first half against Doncaster

I know what you're saying and I know Dyche likes to defend narrow. But for a full back to come charging inside effectively causing him and the centre back to cross over, with the centre back then struggling to get across in time is nonsensical. If he stands his ground with the back four still holding it's shape the chances are the man on the ball just gets fronted up easily and probably turns back or goes wide. I'm not sure that's the managers tactics.
