Young is crap and so is Patterson but id have Young over Patterson if there was choice, but that means Mykolenko back in the team and he is an accident waiting to happen.

Dyche has a decision to make here and he needs to make the right one. Patterson is nowhere near being a PL player and he has Garner - who IS - to slot in there at RB prior to Coleman's return.

Garner can play RB. We know this and so does the manager.
The fix is there and it needs to be taken as a matter of urgency.
Dyche better not duck this decision.

If that’s the case and he thinks he’s too good to go on loan and learn then bye wrong attitude. And as for fully capped international plenty of championship players at Scotland, Wales, Ireland. I don’t know what you don’t get about it he’s a fully capped international with limited senior first team football still raw and needs to learn at lot and by the looks of it will be at the expense of us.

No Dave not for me, he is a midfield player, put Young to RB (his proper side) and Mykolenko to LB and just leave Garner at RW. Dyche won't change anyway imo.

Then he is actively harming the team's chances of winning games.
Patterson is horrific. If Dyche thinks it's ok to stick with him and his awful attempts at trying to be a PL player when he has a lad in the ranks already to slot in at RB and has experience for his country there then he's going to start losing a lot of support.
I want a manager who's capable of making decisions that need taking not someone who shows loyalty to players who dont deserve it.

We have seen what he is like with Keane though so the signs don't bode well.

I'd say there was a difference there: playing Keane when we didn't have anyone better to turn to is more forgiveable than playing Patterson when we have Garner to turn to.

Let's see if he changes it, not so sure myself.
He’s an international for Scotland not Argentina most of his international teammates don’t play at the top level if he thinks he’s much better than them he’s deluded.

The point is that he has had first team PL games and I doubt if he would keen to go down a league to "develop" all of a sudden. Also do you not think it's us that should be doing the developing, I'm not bothered either way tbh as he just doesn't do anything for me.
Anybody can get better I’m not saying he won’t be good but he’s not good now and that’s what’s important I think he’s had about 3 or 4 good games since signing in January in 2022 that’s not good enough at all in Everton’s situation he might be good later but that isn’t what we need now.
Why are you always so dramatic. You aren't mystic meg. Hes had a bad game, and I think garner at RB would be good to test, but take a break lad.
