It really doesn't matter which manager is brought in if we don't get another 5 or 6 Godfreys in.
Only then will the top managers consider.
Carlo has ended up making a damning statement on this club, and its an honest one, ie squad lacks quality and character and won't win titles or make CL in next couple of years. No chance of Mourinho, Poch, Ten Hag or Conte.
And we missed the Bielsa boat.
Just hope they'll get in some proper young players who'll have a go and put the rest to shame

I would be fine with that, but we aren't going to remove Brands weeks after signing a new deal. I don't even think that would be sensible right now, and I am not a fan of Brands.

Yeh can't see it happening myself. He's turned down similar sized projects to ours recently because he can't have full control (Milan, Schalke).

Also alot of the worst most boring football I've ever had to watch.

The man single handily ruined the goodison atmosphere by boring the crowd into apathy with his awful football.

Nuno ( according to reports ) is missing Portugal and his family so I'm praying that he turns down any approach .
Eddie Howe has been interviewed before and is highly thought of at boardroom level . *Sigh*

That’s what I was thinking. It would be a great move but I’d worry about a clash of personalities. Brands has to find someone who is happy to work with. If moshiri is involved there’s no point in Brands.
