This is all new to us but behind the scenes i wonder if they have al known about this for a while, RM must of known they would need a new manager weeks ago, for all we know they spoke to Carlo a while back, it would explain why he didn't look to interested recently, for all we know things have been moving for weeks

Would Rangnick come here? I don’t know much about him or what he’s looking for. Surely if he’s all that the likes of Spurs etc would be in?

I genuinely can't tell if people are on the wind up or just nobody can figure out we need to go sometging vastly different. Vitor? Martinez? Howe? Fn Benitez?

We've been targeting this stupid idea we need a manager with PL experience. All 5 of our last ones had that and failed here pretty spectacularly. How about simply someone who has an idea of how they want to play but just flexible and doesn't hate giving youth a chance?

We are in that same issue now, talk of Moshiri wanting a big name, other names are older british names, and then some younger foerign names.

Who knows mate, its not like all the names linked are of the same profile / style.

Untill all those making decisions are all on the same page, we wll be having these same debates every 18 months or so.

100%

It's why I do think whoever we bring in needs a full 3 years to build a system and a foundation. So expectations and goals of getting European football and winning silverware needs putting to one side. Building a style and an identity is the goal for this club now.

Probably have, hence the players downed tools and put in no effort in the last few games. Maybe that is why Nuno left Wolves out of the blue as we sounded him out ourselves?

On the plus side, if we did end up with someone already managing in the Premier League, they'd already know just how useless some of our players are so we wouldn't have to waste time assessing the squad again...

Voted for Rangnick out of the list but not sure he's a realistic option. Conte is the best by a country mile but he won't be interested and is too short term.

I expect it to be Nuno, which is fairly underwhelming but I would give him a chance before jumping on his back.

Got to be someone all the plotters & bedwetters want.

Take your pick

David Moyes....Loves the club
Eddie Howe....Big Blue dontcha know
Alan Stubbs....Feels its his turn
In some ways all Evertonians.

Sadly this is sometimes not enough (ie Unsy 2017).

Somewhat hypocritically though, I have voted for Duncan. We know one thing, he’d give his all. We’ve seen it pre-Carlo. Let’s look at the facts - 0 defeats.
