Amorim has done very well, but he is very young isn't he? Only had a couple of seasons of management?

True, although he did brilliantly at Braga and totally dominated at Sporting.

If youre going for a young manager then his record is exceptional.

The Sporting owner felt that too paying €10mil to buy out his braga contract (an enormous fee in Portugal) and hes repaid him.

The team has been totally changed tactically and the players are suddenly being valued at enormous sums.

He could have a huge impact...though id go for Gallardo.

Eddie Howe will cry (defo) and he’s a ferret

EVERTON TO OPEN NUNO TALKS TODAY
Everton
will open talks with Nuno Espirito Santo and his representatives later today.
For now, he remains in Portugal, having held a series of talks this week with Crystal Palace.
Moyes, who managed at Goodison between 2002-2013, would be welcomed back by many Evertonians and also enjoys support with Goodison’s boardroom, after an impressive season at West Ham.
Moyes’ family home remains in Lytham St Anne’s and is yet to sign a three-year extension to his contract on offer from West Ham.

Nuno would be great as we could continue the great style wars of 2020/21.

Joking aside I do raise an eyebrow at his closeness with Jorge Mendes who frankly wants a club willing to shell out fees (including agent fees) for players on his rosta (or his agency). Worked okay for Wolves until the board got cold feet in terms of spending money. Suddenly they've left and Mendes is saying Nuno wants a club with ambition and financial resource.

Be interesting to see how it pans out down at Molinueux next season.

Anyway, I would be cautious.
He's still pulling the shots down there though isnt he getting that Lage in?
