Yeah that side has to be the focal point internally and externally. Would expect all the main corporate facilities there instead of Regent Rd side.

The pitch is 100m at Goodison and I suspect this will be larger but if not then it's about a tenth of the pitch. That seems pretty close.

How long does it take for an architect to roughly design a base model for a project like this? Assuming they know what land they are working with etc. A month? 6 months?

It has been suggested that Moshiri started talking to Peel Ports back in 2015 to assess the dockland options for the construction of a new stadium (a condition of Bill and others selling their shares to him). Models of various stadium designs have been in existence for months. I very much doubt that MEIS started work on a design in late August.

Thought so. Surely if they want to replicate the Goodison atmosphere they would have to get as close as this? 9m they are quoting Roma is par for the course and nothing to get excited about.
