People have been saying for nigh on two months we have acquired land but as time goes on I start to doubt it.
Nothing confirmed and various reports saying the land will cost between 30 and 20 million.
I wouldn't be shocked if we end up at stonebridge cross.

As of yesterday, Bramley Moore Dock is still owned by PEEL LAND AND PROPERTY (PORTS) LIMITED (Co. Regn. No.5892787) of Peel Dome, The Trafford Centre, Manchester M17 8PL, as per the Land Registry.

We haven't acquired the land and yet people think we have a full design done.
Think at best a preliminary design is done and could possibly be used at Stonebridge Cross.
Longer this goes on, less likely it will be a waterfront stadium.

Not a bad little profit that if they sell it for the apparent 20m they are looking for.
Definitely until we hear from Everton confirming anything such as land purchased etc it's not worth jumping the gun is it. I certainly feel our scatter gun approach towards the end of the window has left people feeling uneasy along with the total lack of communication coming out of Everton ( except from Jim White ) means the early optimism some had when Moshiri arrived has been tested.
I'm hopeful by the end of the year we've heard concrete news about the stadium and it's plans.

Peel have spent quite a bit acquiring the land, plans and pushing it to investment groups to develop. They won't sell on the cheap.
