Excuse my ignorance but what is MIPIM?

It's basically were all of the leading businesses meet every year in France and try to push their product in seminars etc. Peel (selling Liverpool Waters to the world) and Liverpool City Council (promoting the city) will be there and my guess is they'll be joined by Everton for a joint announcement. Every year they meet there and make a few new announcements, by revealing Everton for Liverpool Waters, it's as big as it gets in front of the world's leading money men. This could in addition lead to more investment for the wider Liverpool Waters site. I hope it's tonight but that's my guess.

Definitely further away than you think. I set in the disabled bit at the very front. Looks like 6-8ft before the grass.
