What if it's totally funded by the LCC and their partners, and it leaves us with £400m to spend on the squad?

It's being built regardless of what happens with the Commonwealth Games and is not dependent on it.

The club aren't stupid and are not going to repeat the PR disaster that would be replicating West Ham's stadium.

It may well have a track, but will not effect the football stadium.
