Admirable faith. Hope you are right and we are all unanimously blown away by the design this timeI think so. We're in a better financial position, and you'd hope that the board has learnt from last times fiasco.

There will always be someone who doesn't like it
I'd like a decent stadium though, one akin to one of the Germany ones posted in the thread, or the Friends stadium. I wouldn't mind something like the new San Mames if it came down to it either.
All those you mention are awesome. My fear is that we will be delivered something on the cheap again. And fed propaganda that cons gullible supporters once again. That's a bit too optimistic mate lollollol

There will be plenty of tree hugger's and dog walkers complaining to get past first, so Probably won't be easy.
Thanks West...I refuse to pay to watch TV so I don't get to see it in action often.Aami Parks surface is brillant probably our best surface wise for football
Fair point Mick. Being unique with a roof would be a clear advantage for non football events but thats clearly not the case. The city now has the Echo Arena and the new Exhibition Hall. Don't see any need now for a stadium that has a roof, particularly in WHP.
Kings Dock, especially at that time, ticked all the boxes. A facility the city needed in a premium location. That decision was pivotal for Everton FC and one from which we have arguably not recovered.
Spot on Kev...nothing's that bad... ;o) ;o)For Australian football grounds, nothing comes close to Suncorp.
Bricks can be made in different colours. Personally I'd love it, something like the style of Camden Yards in Baltimore but then with steeper stands and for football. Also always loved the entrance to Villa Park.I really like the look of a classic brick stadium vs the modern sleek looks like the rendering of the new spurs stadium. Would Evertonians be against a brick stadium as it would have a reddish tint? I'm too lazy to post the pictures but the renovations to Lambeau Field, Busch Stadium, and Kinnick Stadium are what I'm talking about.
Spurs new stadium, bowl design but has a different tier structures inside, wouldnt mind if we went a similar route, bowls look a lot more pleasing on the eye but you always want different set ups with the stands inside
