New Everton Stadium

http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/sep/25/tottenham-hotspur-takeover-called-off-cain-hoy

The potential takeover of Tottenham Hotspur by an investment group from the United States has been called off.
Cain Hoy Enterprises said it had “terminated its assessment and accordingly is no longer considering making an offer for Tottenham Hotspur”.

Wonder if they are interested in other football investment opportunuties...

Interesting...yanks didnt like levys price tag?
Or were put off by potential Court cases

Asking price I reckon, rumoured Lewis wanted in the region of 800 million.

It was only ever a tentative peek at them anyrate. Thats what I heard. Looking at diversifying their portfolio, or some other money-speak nonsense.

If what I have heard about WHP and stuff is on the money, then they might see a better range of returns up here.

One never knows, but I think they are still looking at potential opportunities either at home or abroad. They seem to be in expansive mode to increase their portfolio.

The Spurs price was ridiculous, reckon they could Everton as we are now for a hell of a lot less, say 250 mill and have money to spare for the stadium. They could perhaps look at Ayre and his friends to what they have done with our neighbours.

I am genuinely not having a dig at the post you replied to,

But it is frightening how many blues are still non of the wiser, about what actually happened regarding Kirkby,
I am still waiting for someone to say something about the Safety Certificate.
Am I the only one concerned we may get another such fiasco?
