Just an observation, but the cost of the stadium must include all the work Dan Meis and others are doing so we must have already started down the path of paying off the stadium.

How so? Thats like saying paying for plans for a house extension, then paying for planning permission, is paying down the mortgage.

Reckon we have spent about a Niasse on all this so far as it is.
