Not really. I comment on what we know. There has been two set backs already in this project. You’ll find positive comments I’ve made regarding the stadium build in the past, but, so far, it’s all just been talk.
His tweets are quite harmless but for some reason you object to them .Every time he tweets you make a comment which just gives him more publicity. So why do it ?

...Meis must be restricted in what he can communicate because of the governance process but I suppose if he kept totally quiet then folk would complain. I get the impression his messages are cryptic to let fans know something is happening. It’s all a bit of a tease but perhaps it’s better than nothing.
and he may actually be a little bit excited and proud to be involved in the project so likes posting about something he's proud and excited about. I don't get the hate for him.

It's gone beyond the stage where anything he does say can be tangible, or have any credibility attached to it.
I like his enthusiasm for the project and Everton, but he has over-stretched it a bit now.
The club have to do the heavy lifting, and tweets from Meis aren't contributing to anything concrete, pardon both puns.

Does it really cost much more in the grand scheme of things to build a 65K over a 55K seater stadium?
Once it's built how much does it cost to maintain "unused seats"?
Besides home games, the whole point is to be an attractive venue to host events for Stand Ups, Concerts, Tournaments etc.
Worst case, stick a branded tarp over it. Am sure we would be able to squeeze some cash out of Sportpesa or Angry Birds for some more ad space.

He would obviously have signed a disclaimer until the Club have finalised the plans etc.
Dont get it that people are hating on him , he's probably as eager to show his renderings as the rest of us are to see them.

that's it really, even only sell ST in certain places, ie the very top tier on the equivalent of the main stand use for general sale purposes only, so if there stadium was say 8k light it would all be the same top tier instead of big empty patches all over
