It may have been if we had taken the option to build it on the East Lancs road by the Showcase. That was the much easier option and the one Joe was pushing for originally.

We all wanted the location of the dock site and that comes with a lot more headaches. Got to deal with it if we want a stadium on the waterfront.

Oh. Well that should never have been said because there was no way at any point that a stadium there would take two years from idea to opening.
