Current fan zone has those umbrellas to keep a bunch of people dry, and unless you’re talking about those infrared heaters which would be be useless in such a harsh environment and scale.

Theres an expectation that the knowledge quarter will be the first area of Liverpool to be served by trackless teams. Hopefully, that 'drives' further adoption throughout. Certainly down the strand.

They had a map in the echo the other first. First stage was from town to just past the knowledge quarter(or to oldies past Paddington gardens). Next part were town to Bramley Moore and another to speke airport.
A lot depends on government funding and we know how much Boris and friends love Liverpool!

I think the tram/rail routes will come but it’ll be a long way off....we’ll be in he stadium a while before we can actually access it properly

Just another thought about the fan zone at the BMD. If it isn't central to the plans to increase revenue, what's it doing there? They could have built the ground where the fan zone is and saved themselves £100 million not filling the dock in.

Even if I get absolutely bladdered (which I do) I would never enjoy standing in the cold listening to some random band.

We've found one in Carlisle mate and we are building a monorail to help us all grt to and from the game.

They've opened the dock road after the works to improve the road. I drove down it the other day and noticed that the cycle lanes are huge. No chance there won't be thousands of people walking in them on a match day.

Sounds like I need to start setting up a rickshaw business

Oh my god, how about the boozy trolleys they use in the states. Get lashed while you travel. Maybe motorised not pedal though.
