New Everton Stadium

Peel are looking to create a skyline that the entire world recognises as Liverpool. The new tower that is going up soon, Princes Reach, is just the start of what will become an Iconic view from t'other side. It will become an even bigger draw for tourists and is already in the top echelons of photographed skylines in the world.

More buildings will soon be following Princes Reach and it wont be long until they start the development for the area of Clarence docks we'd be looking to use. We need to make contact wit eh planning consultants early doors so that the idea can be mulled over as a genuine possibility. Again.

We should build a new stadium there for us that stands out.

The Liverpool waterfront will then be the four graces.

The Clarence Dock was one of KEIOC's proposed sights for a new stadium - not sure how much they looked into it but the previous land owners - Mersey Docks and Harbour Company and the North Wesr Devlopemt Agency proposed a 60,000 seater stadium on the sight which included a rail link and was going to be part financed by the NWDA.

The lands 30 acres bigger than the Kings Dock so it's possible that a stadium could be built on the sight along with Peel Holdings Liverpool Waters plans.

Peel were said to be interested in the idea of a stadium as part of the development a couple of years back, so maybe there's still an opportunity if we act quickly enough.

Can you imagine if that sketch actually became a reality? Our ground would be the envy of the footballing world. The away allocation would sell out every game!

Having an 'Everton Bar' over looking the river with a lit up stadium lighting the water would be amazing for the summer months.
And getting destroyed by rain for the other 99% - and fighting to get out of town along with half of the working world.

Sounds ace.

And wools, wools everywhere. Maybe we could get a massive cannon and just shoot the back in to smackhead central AKA Wallasey.
