Sorry, I just had at the back of my mind that there was a big blue out there with a building company- I really thought it was Peel..I'll have a look see if i can find it

He's got Usmanovs credit card, and he is richer than Abramovich.Would love a new shiny stadium wherever it is, for once would be great to rub the kopites noses in it. Moshiri has around the same wealth as John Henry so it's not exactly a Man City scenario of overtaking them financially, so for me a state of the art stadium would be the next best thing whilst they have to make do with redeveloping.

The Clarence Dock was one of KEIOC's proposed sights for a new stadium - not sure how much they looked into it but the previous land owners - Mersey Docks and Harbour Company and the North Wesr Devlopemt Agency proposed a 60,000 seater stadium on the sight which included a rail link and was going to be part financed by the NWDA.

The lands 30 acres bigger than the Kings Dock so it's possible that a stadium could be built on the sight along with Peel Holdings Liverpool Waters plans.
Peel were said to be interested in the idea of a stadium as part of the development a couple of years back, so maybe there's still an opportunity if we act quickly enough.

Your personal opinion on what will happen stadia wise ?A number of potential suitors of Everton, prior to Mr Moshiri, have looked at Clarence Dock which seems to be the obvious location, yet the issue that is not resolved, even with Mr Moshiri's involvement and investment, is who invests alongside Everton. Peel Holdings are not keen for a stand alone stadium, they are looking for additional developers to come in alongside any stadium development - to the best of my knowledge those developers have not yet been identified.
Why are peeps demonising WHP?....
The thing wth WHP is the transfer links can be improved imo,Location, location, location.
It is bad enough getting car parking or public transport to and from GP without moving to a place that's less accessible.
If the opportunity arises we must move to a city centre location to enhance our profile
He's gone by all accounts mate.Could this be the end of Robert Earl? Any chance he would re-invest some of his £40m+ to open up a planet everton section at a new development?
