Problem solved.Oh cheers mate, i can't swim.
The waterfront dream probably sank forever with the Kenwright/Gregg ego-war at Kings Dock. Enabling funding was in place there and the site was easier than those that remain.
We aren't getting the leg-up City got & West Ham are getting. We need to hit as many buttons as possible from right cost, right size, right quality, right location. I know it is "location, location, location"...but it has to be consistent with budget.
I just struggle to see that in the city centre, even with Moshiri on board. I think the smart money should be Walton Hall Park...or somewhere further out still (someone suggested Stonebridge Cross which could be a possibility).
Yes the entire family are afflicted !From Bury ?
Yeah mate, did a search after you mentioned it. They must be gutted he's never taken them over.Yes the entire family are afflicted !
Isn't the main dude a blue?Correct with regards to Peel Holdings. You never know. Could make a deal on ground rent or to purchase the space outright.

They own a huge area that they want to develop. The new stadium could be just what they need to kick it off.....they benefit.....we benefit, and LCC provide whatever facilitation they can to both parties.Waterfront stadium ain't going to happen - Peel are sharks and will charge the earth for the dockland space. Working in conjunction with the Council to redevelop Walton Hall Park is by far the more sensible option.
Bah! Which big building company is run by a blue?No mate John Whittaker is a kopite.
