Are you off your head, I asked you questions to debate. You just can't post "tier 1" stadium when it's a definition you've made up and no financial data to even back up your ludicrous statements
Pls respect other posters Chris
Sorry, what's tier 1 mate? Could you also look at the question I asked earlier please boss xTier1 End of.
As soon as the seat construction cost is paid for (i.e. you presume £6000 which is itself still subjective)

Has to do with every post he makes apparentlyWhat does David have to do with it Damon?
Just by way of reference, Liverpool's additional 8,500 seats are costing £11,700 each. Two factors - the cost of revelopment is greater than new build and secondly the number of executive seats in their Main Stand redevelopment.
Therefore the £6,000 cost is fairly conservative but within expected industry range.
Where are you getting your definitions of Tier 1, 2, 3, 4 e.t.c from Damo?So not only can we build a bigger Tier 1 stadium to their Tier 2 smaller stadium in Anfield.
We can do it cheaper as well !!!
Win-Win.
@davek
Yes mate.
A redeveloped Anfield with a poxy additional section on their stand. = TIER 2
Everton with a 65,000 monster. = TIER 1
They'll all be coming to us to host events. Not them.
