New Everton Stadium

We loses £10m off USM, Megafon and Yota deal plus Cazoo is off who was £10m so we are down as off the start of next season £20m

Sigurdsson, Delph, Tosun and others whose contracts finish will save us £10m+ a season plus Premier League rights go up (if we stay up(!)) by 30% which will cover the loss of our sponsors plus season tickets increase.

So all in all not in the best shape but we are fine plus sell a DCL or Richarlison and we can move forward with more money via FFP.

Banks will want to see us working more manageable than the last few years but we have plenty of more commercial avenue to go down.

Like the rest of the league we're okay financially as long as we're a PL club.

Taken from skyscraper city forum.

"I started working on here a few weeks ago and construction is moving at a fast pace and no worrying concerns about Usmanov.

Sadly, with the threat of being sacked, they will not let us take pictures to share online. What was funny was they know Mister Drone does his videos which they said he isn't really allowed to but told us to watch them as they are really good"
Bloody Usmanov and his pals trying to ban anyone using airspace over Bramley Moore.

Cazoo was a shocking sponsor anyway, a two bob outfit who no one had heard of 18 months ago, Cinch have took their market over.

Hmmm… commercial challenges deosnt sound so good.

losing the stadium naming rights is the big issue. They just don’t really happen these days and there was a deal in place. Sputs didn’t get one for instance. Without that deal, how realistic is it to finance the stadium? Does that tip the balance?
a worrying statement for me.
Stop looking for ghosts in your own shadow.

The stadium build will be what it will be. Can't think for a.moment that Moshiri would have started out on this without a clear idea to finish, as well as having alternatives in place for unforseen money issues.

Yes, nobody could have seen the current geopolitical situation happening, but billionaires don't become billionaires without a plan b.

Stop worrying and let's see how this plays out. After all, we all know nothing as to what the financial situation is, all we see is media and internet speculation.

How does that work? Like, if whoever owns the "paper" has invested into Cazoo as a private venture, I can get that, but not the actual "paper".
The company that owns the Daily Mail (used to be called DMGT or something similar), owned a chunk of Cazoo. When the Rothermere's were buying back Daily Mail shares, they were offering shares in Cazoo as part of the deal

Our owner is a billionaire who has so far spent £500m+ and is in the process of building us a new ground. He looks as committed to the club today as he did at the day he arrived. I fully expect the stadium construction to continue and for it to be completed broadly on time (there's always a chance of delay in construction of this size, see every Olympic stadium and major football ground built in the last twenty years.

I (and our Kopite friends) could come up with a hundred potential "reasons" for a delay but personally I don't want to spend the next eighteen months being gloomy.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, chances are it's a duck.

Captain Duck signing off
Reminds me of the time I was invited to a duck do.

Sound. Didnt know that, but its still the owners. Like the owners of the Telegraph also owned the delivery company I worked for.

You say that, but that would be to ignore the debacle of his time in charge of the club.

he’s literally had no idea from day 1.
why would it be any different now?
