I ll hope Frank gets us winning v Wolves v City v Brighton.

Sounds a bit like the city centre then, doesn't it?
?True, but it's going to be its own identifiable area though, a city can have more than 1 built up area instead lumping it altogether unevenly as the city centre, town will still be town and stop at pretty much where it does now.

People going to the likes of IWF/Ten Streets don't refer to it as town at present, once the area is built up even more, it will be even more identifiable as its own area, just on the edge of the city centre.

It will be a busy area with its own vibe, contiguous to the business district of the city centre. Anybody who won't remember it the way it is now will think of it as the city centre. Maybe we arl a***s never will but that is academic. It won't be for a couple of decades and I don't think I'll be here to see it, but that's the way I think it will pan out.

No idea mate. Sommet I was told, like ages ago. Makes some sense, either town halls or a notable landmark.
I believe Charing Cross is used as the ‘centre’ of London for distance measures based on historical precedent). To define a ‘centre’ for London you’d first have to define London. The City? Zone 1? Inner London (inside North/South circular roads)? Postcode London? Marble Arch might be pretty central on the latter two definitions but certainly isn’t on the first two.

Wolves have played 3 friendlies in the last couple of weeks ... we've possibly been running between cones ... haven't a clue. Am I the only one who's worried we're going to be a bit rusty by the time football carries on?
