New Everton Stadium

Basically the majority of them show how crap GP is these dyas.
Back in the day I did my dissertation at uni based on clubs relocating and naturally used everton's proposed ground move as an example. Not surprisingly business' located next to these old grounds suffered, when clubs relocated. When clubs moved to new grounds, many were naturally built on the outskirts of cities, so fans tended to drink and eat more within the ground as opposed to local pubs and fast food places. But interestingly it was the increase in attendance and income overall that these clubs experienced. Let's face it we have sold over 30k season tickets for next season, in a stadium, although much loved by us, is lacking in facilities and lack of corporate seating being a major flaw. I've no reason to doubt (we currently average 38k) that we could easily average 45k and if successful under moshiri' tenure closer to 50k. As not only will we encourage more Everton fans back to the ground, but also a higher percentage of away fans too.

The future is securing a manager that keeps us in the Top flight while the New Stadium is identified , funded & built.
I would have agreed with you if we hadn't of been bought over but under Moshiri I think we will be able to keep investing in the team and the stadium at the same time.

I have said on numerous occasions that I am not ITK at all, not even a little bit, on the manager situation. I was however hoping that it was still to be Emery.

Which is why it is odd then that

Lets not forget that Moshiri has sent one of the worlds most successful agents out wit the sole intention of getting Emery. He'll be doing all kinds to get him in. Lets calm down a bit eh.

It's hugely Emery-on

Its still Emery.

It's Emery

and then

Correct, and it is that, rather than the appointment that has got me most excited. He knew what he wanted, and he went and got it regardless of cost and who he'd upset. Koeman was his man right from the start and he wasn't willing to settle for second best. Exciting times ahead.

I couldn't find the 'numerous times' you denounced yourself but link 'em if you've got them, probably my oversight.

But then again, you've been doing this since the Blueroom and Kipper days, so no massive surprise.

@MoutsGoat another one for the list.
