I think its highly likely that if you were to search that thread then you will find numerous mentions of everything I have said there prior to me saying it. That would make me a pretty rubbish ITK if I was trying to be one.

I would be surprised if it was that far north up the docks. I would have thought it would be just north of Waterloo dock to the entrance at Stanley dock.

With the titanic hotel that's In place and the Stanley dock buildings identified for development, it would make sense as a major part of the liverpool waters proposal that peel are looking for investment to start.

To be honest the Northern end of the docks is as "middle of nowhere" as Stonebridge Cross. I'd hope/think Moshiri understands the importance of location as part of the 'project' to return the club to past prominence. Practicality/affordability matters but there is little point building a palace in a wilderness. Time will tell but anything further north than Canada Dock would be very disappointing.

Its not Stonebridge Cross. Its one of the other docks that is being considered.

Well working down through the docks starting at Seaforth, there is no suitable land area other than Trafalgar, it beats me therefore what other dock could be under consideration.

All those northern docks mentioned are still working docks with very little land attached to them. I do not believe for one minute there could be any consideration of filling a dock in!
