New Everton Stadium

Out of curiosity, how did you measure?
Very precisly mate....there was a 3x2 piece of wood laying on floor on the overhead image.

I simply laid them out from corner to centre flag.

Of course I'm not 100% how long the 3x2 piece of timber was ...could have been 3.6m or 4.8m or could have been a cut off.

So I also seen a Millwauke drill case and I have one them so it was 11 Millwauke drill cases to every 3x2 piece of timber.

Maths did the rest and hey presto.

Too small.

I hope you only possess the case and not the actual drill because the thought of a power tool in your hands is frankly terrifying!

The old Milwaukee drill case unit of measurement. Standard.

The surrounding area is a hole, like.

….some of the dock lands architecture is magnificent, e.g the outbuildings around the Titanic Hotel and Tobacco Warehouse are stunning. Parts are rundown but it could take off. The City Centre is a short walk.

Apologies to anybody living around Goodison, but it has to be better than dodging dog poo walking up City Road from Queens Drive.
