Was the source someone who knew this information in their own capacity or had it been passed onto them.

The Esk, The La, Jacko93 and yourself need to be locked away to cross-reference the bits and pieces and start building the jigsaw!

Well, although the price has been put to them, and Everton know it for the land they inquired about, I have no idea past that as to where the discussions have gone, if anywhere.

The housing going up is a completely different site to where Anderson wants the stadium. There was a lot of work going on around the area when amazon were being lined up to put a warehouse on there, now, apart from the housing further down the road, there is not much going on.

I can see the benefits of SC as a site for a stadium (personally its a 15-20 minute walk for me to get there) but the docks is the dream.
 
Ok then. Straight choice. If we were given the hypothetical choice, which would you chose?

The best, most modern stadium possible at a lower cost to Everton at SC or a good stadium at a higher cost to Everton at the docks?

Before you jump and answer docks like most, I want you to visualise the two levels of stadia in my hypothetical.

Docks all day mate. Genuine question, do you know the area surrounding SC?

Without doubt it would be the docks,its about making a statement of intent that we are THE original football club of the city,a stadium that is in the heart of the city compared to a stadium on the edge its no contest
