New Everton Stadium

Without doubt it would be the docks, its about making a statement of intent that we are THE original football club of the city,a stadium that is in the heart of the city compared to a stadium on the edge its no contest
While I agree, the hypothetical is asking are you prepared to sacrifice in quality of stadium though?

I was told a couple of months ago, that Peel were told in no uncertain terms to strike a deal with Everton at a fair price, or to basically forget building anywhere else in Liverpool. Peel were open to this and negotiations have been ongoing since then. The last time I went past SC they were building houses or something on it.
They are building something on the grass area facing the showcase (behind that 19 or 17 bus stop). The big area where the stadium could go is still untouched.

Without a doubt,I dont think there would be too much comprimise in the spec of either stadium, for far too long we have been treated as a 2nd class citizen by the council no way would they be trying to push the RS to the edge of the city, add in the potential of sponsorship of a stadium on the famous waterfront compared to one behind B&M warehousing and a slightly less cost stadium is worth the sacrifice in my opinion

I didn't mean fro just that point of view mate. Goodison is easy to get to and from with a very high dispersal rate. SC would be an absolute nightmare logistically
How do you mean? SC is right on the east lancs, very good links to the motorway, 4/5 different buses you can get. Probably better dispersal rate than around goodison

Find it very hard to believe Peel get told what to do and held to ransom.
